About us

The NGO "Foundation for Change" was founded to promote the formation of a modern, effective and environmentally safe waste management system in Ukraine. We unite experts, activists and concerned citizens to implement solutions that meet the principles of a green economy and European Union standards.

Today, Ukraine faces critical challenges in solid waste management: outdated infrastructure, overloaded landfills, low recycling rates, and uneven access to modern recycling systems. The lack of a sorting culture, imperfect legislation, and limited local resources only complicate the situation.

In cooperation with state and local authorities, we are working on the implementation of the National Waste Management Plan until 2030, developing infrastructure, raising public awareness, and forming a responsible attitude towards waste management.

Our goal is to make waste management not only efficient, but also transparent, sustainable, and socially responsible. We believe that only through joint efforts can we lay the real foundation for change — for a clean environment and a healthy future for Ukraine.
